Here is a sampling of recent feedback about Patrick Gray and Prevoyance Group, along with a sampling of expected client results.
I first became aware of Patrick from the various articles and blogs he had written. His style was very engaging and offered a clarity that was often missing in the technology popular press. The topics were certainly relevant to the issues that we were facing as an organization and I looked forward to getting the newsletters and hearing his perspective.
About this time I was seeking outside speakers for an annual gathering that I host for internal business leaders; senior management, Technology Steering Committee, and IT staff. Because of the insights his writing demonstrated, I reached out to Patrick to determine if there was a level of interest in participating in this gathering. He responded very enthusiastically and we began to put together a plan for the engagement.
From the beginning Patrick was very engaged in helping me get the most from his involvement. He structured a well thought out and effective framework for delivering his message. His presentation was well received, very insightful and left us with a number of critical points to focus and consider as we move forward with significant business technology initiatives. Patrick also provided a follow up review and summary to ensure that our needs were met. I would say that Patrick met and exceeded all of my expectations.
-- Steve Savell, Director of Information Services/CIO, Bush Brothers

Prevoyance Group's focus on the client and low overhead are inestimably valuable on complex projects.
After considering many candidates, Nissan chose Prevoyance to lead the activity. This decision was based on their wide breadth of experience, targeted approach, and recognition of Europe’s unique complexity.
Prevoyance exceeded Nissan’s expectations. They were light, flexible, and easy to work with. This was exactly what Nissan needed.
-- Nicholas Kline, Nissan Europe
Beyond so-called "best practices," Prevoyance Group provides clients with information that allows them to truly excel.
Patrick is a provocative speaker, outlining hard challenges in a humorous, yet solutions-oriented way. His focus on providing the audience with an innovative way of thinking is what would characterize Patrick, best.
-- Nicholas Kondakis, Boussias Communications, GreeceI believe that the brilliance of IT professionals can be usefully exploited if they follow at least 25% of what you said.
-- Biswajit Roychowdhury, Tata SteelIt's been a long time since I've been impressed by eNewsletters and white papers from consultant groups... Visually appealing, interesting content, pragmatic... yet... innovative! Wow!
-- Nicole Coyne, Humboldt County Department of Health & Human ServicesPatrick did a wonderful job presenting The IT Talent Crisis to Savannah Economic Development Association’s Information Technology Committee. Not only did he articulate an issue facing many organizations in our community, but he presented it in clear, understandable business terms. Patrick had several insightful comments, prompting us to think about the issue in a different way, and he provided several concrete actions on how to attract and manage talent that were practical and highly valuable. The audience walked away not only with a new understanding of the problem, but several new approaches to help their organizations create high performing IT organizations.
Patrick also joined the members of the Information Technology Professionals Association of Savannah to present IT Innovation. Patrick has kept abreast of current technology changes and understands how they impact business success. His message was delivered with an enthusiastic and informative manner that emphasized the fact that change is good. ITPA Savannah would highly recommend Patrick Gray!
-- Crystal M. Craven, President, ITPA SavannahI must say, from the hundreds of articles and posts I have recently read, yours was the most informative with actual substance and insight.
-- Brian Moore, TechRepublic ReaderExcellent article The Best IT Strategy is no Strategy... Well explained and nicely delivered. Must say it's one of the best pieces I've read on [TechRepublic]... I wish more people would think this way to set their priorities and acheive unified goals.
-- KB, TechRepublic ReaderEvery month I enjoy getting Patrick’s email and usually end up reading it in the first half of the month and often before things like CIO Insight and Information Week which are all competing in my full inbox.
Thank you for taking the time to write this monthly newsletter I have been reading it for well over a year and learn something new every month. Patrick you are an inspiration!

Excellence need not be at the expense of operational and cost efficiencies. Often a high-performing organization is a cost-effective one.
Prevoyance Group helped us find quantifiable cash savings in our IT spending. Prevoyance Group looked beyond the technology and evaluated our business strategy and operations, providing a solution to our technology problems based on business needs, rather than just advocating the purchase or installation of hardware or software products.
-- Marc Mannella, KIPP Philadelphia Charter SchoolI am the CIO of one of the state governments here in Switzerland (Luzern www.lu.ch) and it is seldom that I read an article where I say "spot on". Your article however has hit the nail on the head. Effectiveness and efficiency within the IT department are not the result of a complicated internal charge back system but rather through the use of proven technologies and good management.

Our success is often rooted in our relationship with clients.
Patrick rapidly understood our project and business, and became the "go to guy" for strategic advice, strong operational knowledge and effective task management. Patrick provided a rational approach to decision making keeping our best interests at heart even when presenting an unpopular opinion. Finally, Patrick truly cared about the project team and was always a pleasure to work with. I hope I get the opportunity to work with Patrick again.
